Job Description – Reviewer & Implementer (Strategy Implementation)

Role Overview

The Reviewer & Implementer will be responsible for visiting client locations and ensuring the successful execution of strategies taught during training. This role bridges the gap between learning and action, guiding business owners and their teams to adopt structured practices for growth.

Key Responsibilities

Visit client premises regularly to review progress and provide hands-on support.

Work closely with business owners and teams to implement strategies taught in workshops.

Conduct performance reviews, identify gaps, and suggest corrective actions.

Facilitate team meetings, reporting structures, and accountability systems.

Provide practical guidance on workflow design, sales processes, and operational improvements.

Document implementation progress and share feedback with the consulting team.

Act as a mentor and motivator to ensure sustained adoption of strategies.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong interpersonal and coaching skills.

Ability to translate training concepts into actionable steps.

Experience in operations, consulting, or team management.

Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.

Comfortable with field visits and direct client interaction.

Organized, disciplined, and capable of driving accountability.

Qualifications

Graduate in Business, Management, or related field.

1–2 years of experience in consulting, operations, or business coaching preferred.

Exposure to SMEs and entrepreneurial environments is an advantage.
