Continental Cook

We are looking for a skilled Continental Cook to prepare and present high-quality continental dishes. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of international cuisines, kitchen hygiene standards, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Key Responsibilities:Prepare continental dishes including pasta, pizzas, steaks, sandwiches, salads, soups, and grills
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet restaurant standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen as per FSSAI guidelines
• Monitor food stock and inform management for timely replenishment
• Follow standardized recipes and portion controls
• Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth service operations
• Minimize food wastage and control kitchen costs
• Handle kitchen equipment safely and report maintenance needs
