Job Summary:

The Cook is responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality meals in accordance with established recipes and standards. The role involves ensuring food safety, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, and working efficiently to meet service timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, season, and cook food according to recipes or personal judgment.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared with high standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
  • Check freshness of ingredients and manage inventory of food and supplies.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
