Cook / Chef

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare daily meals including Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Snacks, and Dinner for residents

Cook a variety of Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian meals as per dietary plans

Prepare specialized diets based on medical needs, including:

• Diabetic Diet
• Low Salt / Low Oil Diet
• Soft / Semi-solid Diet

Ensure meals are nutritious, balanced, and easy to digest for elderly residents

Maintain strict kitchen hygiene and sanitation standards

Follow proper food storage and safety practices

Coordinate with caregivers/management for diet plans and special requirements

Monitor food quality, portion control, and timely serving

Maintain kitchen inventory and report stock requirements
