Job Title: Cook / Chef – Indian, Chinese & Tandoor

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and multi-skilled Cook/Chef who can prepare authentic Indian, Chinese, and Tandoor dishes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in multi-cuisine cooking, maintaining food quality, and ensuring hygiene standards.

• Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a wide range of Indian, Chinese, and Tandoor dishes.
• Ensure taste, presentation, and portion control meet company and customer expectations.
• Handle marination, grilling, and tandoor preparation of breads, kebabs, and curries.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Monitor food inventory and assist in ordering supplies.
• Minimize food wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
• Work closely with other kitchen staff to deliver timely service.
• Innovate and suggest new dishes to enhance the menu.
• Requirements :Proven experience as a Cook or Chef, with expertise in Indian, Chinese, and Tandoor cuisines.
• Strong knowledge of spices, sauces, and cooking techniques across multiple cuisines.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
