Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Dough & Prep: Prepare pizza dough from scratch (mixing, kneading, proofing) and prepare ingredients like sauces, vegetables, and meats.
- Cooking: Assemble pizzas, operate, and monitor ovens (wood-fired or deck) to ensure proper baking.
- Menu & Quality: Create traditional and modern pizzas, including special requests, while adhering to recipe standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and minimize waste.
