Counter Sales Executive & Manager

Job Title: Counter Sales Executive / Store Manager (Merak The Cake Shop)

📍 Location: Airoli, Mulund, Kanjurmarg

💰 Salary: (based on experience)

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting cakes, pastries, and other products
• Take and manage cake orders (custom cakes, birthdays, events, etc.)
• Suggest products and increase sales through upselling
• Handle billing using POS system and ensure accurate transactions
• Manage cash and maintain daily sales records
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing
• Ensure proper display of cakes and maintain hygiene & cleanliness standards
• Monitor stock of bakery items and coordinate for restocking
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints politely
• Supervise staff and ensure smooth workflow (for manager role)

Required Skills:

• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of billing/POS system
• Sales skills with a friendly and polite attitude
• Interest in bakery/cake products
• Leadership and team handling skills (for manager role)
• Well-groomed, presentable, and responsible

🎯 Experience:1–3 years in bakery / retail / food industry preferred
