Job Description
We are hiring an experienced courier operations executive for our logistics company in Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai.
Responsibilities:
• Daily DTDC shipment tracking
• NDR handling and branch coordination
• Client email communication and follow-up
• Excel report maintenance
• Daily end-of-day reporting (5:30 PM mandatory)
Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years courier industry experience
• Knowledge of DTDC,DELIVERY, BLUE DART / logistics tracking
• Basic Excel knowledge
• Responsible and disciplined work attitude
