The CRM Executive is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling service-related queries, and coordinating between clients and internal teams to maintain high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients
- Handle client queries, complaints, and service requests promptly
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain client records, contracts, and communication logs
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction
- Assist in client retention and renewal processes
- Prepare reports on client feedback and service performance
Skills & Requirements:
- Graduate with relevant experience in CRM or client handling
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting
- Experience in security or facility management industry preferred
