Job Title: Customer Service Executive (Inbound Process)

Company Overview:

We are a company providing water purifier solutions on a contract basis. We handle installation, contract renewals, and technician recruitment/services for our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls related to water purifier services.

• Assist customers with contract renewals and service extensions.

• Coordinate technician recruitment and service requests.

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and pricing.

• Register customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system.

• Follow up with customers to ensure service satisfaction.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to handle customer queries politely and professionally.

• Problem-solving attitude.

• Experience in inbound customer service is a plus.
