Job Description

Handling Customer Queries: Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, orders, or complaints.

Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.

Order Processing: Assist customers with placing, modifying, or tracking orders.

Providing Information: Share relevant details about products, services, pricing, and company policies.

Maintaining Customer Records: Update and document interactions in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

Handling Complaints: Address escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
