Job Description

  • Position: Customer Support Executive for International Ecommerce Company
  • Location: Mumbai
  • Employment Type: Contract (1 Year)
  • Work Mode: Work From Office (initial 6 months)

  • Post 6 months: Work From Home (based on performance)

 Shift Timings

  • Night Shift: Between 5:30 PM to 11:30 AM (any 9-hour shift)

 Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: Open to all graduates/undergraduates
  • Skills: Good communication skills (mandatory)

 Selection Process

  • 3 Rounds of Interview (including Assessment)
  • Assessment Criteria: Minimum 59% score required
