Job Description
- Position: Customer Support Executive for International Ecommerce Company
- Location: Mumbai
- Employment Type: Contract (1 Year)
- Work Mode: Work From Office (initial 6 months)
- Post 6 months: Work From Home (based on performance)
Shift Timings
- Night Shift: Between 5:30 PM to 11:30 AM (any 9-hour shift)
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Open to all graduates/undergraduates
- Skills: Good communication skills (mandatory)
Selection Process
- 3 Rounds of Interview (including Assessment)
- Assessment Criteria: Minimum 59% score required
