Customer Care Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for a Domestic Voice Process role. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a professional manner

Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently

Provide accurate information about products/services

Maintain call quality and follow company guidelines

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly performance targets

Document customer interactions in CRM systems

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English

Strong listening and problem-solving skills

Ability to handle customer pressure and meet targets

Basic computer knowledge
