Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with booking tests, sample collection, and report-related inquiries.
- Manage customer queries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system.
- Provide information regarding services, packages, pricing, and diagnostic processes.
- Ensure timely coordination with phlebotomists, labs, and operations teams for smooth service delivery.
- Track customer requests and ensure resolution within defined turnaround timelines.
- Maintain logs, call records, and customer interaction history accurately in CRM.
- Assist customers facing issues related to portal access, payment, or report download.
- Work closely with the operations and lab teams to resolve escalations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Promote add-on services or packages where applicable.
