Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with booking tests, sample collection, and report-related inquiries.
  • Manage customer queries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system.
  • Provide information regarding services, packages, pricing, and diagnostic processes.
  • Ensure timely coordination with phlebotomists, labs, and operations teams for smooth service delivery.
  • Track customer requests and ensure resolution within defined turnaround timelines.
  • Maintain logs, call records, and customer interaction history accurately in CRM.
  • Assist customers facing issues related to portal access, payment, or report download.
  • Work closely with the operations and lab teams to resolve escalations.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Promote add-on services or packages where applicable.
