• Job Responsibilities:Handle customer queries via calls, chat, and email
• Resolve issues related to orders, payments, and services
• Ensure timely and effective resolution with high customer satisfaction
• Escalate complex queries to the concerned team
• Maintain records of customer interactions

• Eligibility Criteria:Graduate in any discipline
• Good communication skills (English preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Customer support experience is an added advantage

• Work Model & Shift Details:Training: 1 month mandatory training from office
• Post Training: Work From Home will be provided
• Shift: Rotational shifts (Split shifts available)
• Week Off: Rotational

• Compensation:CTC: ₹20,000 per month
• In-hand Salary: ₹16,000 per month

• Terms & Conditions:Candidates must complete 1 month of in-office training mandatorily
• Work From Home will be allowed only after successful training completion
• Candidates must have a stable internet connection and a proper WFH setup
• Flexibility to work in rotational and split shifts is mandatory
