Job Description
We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic professionals to join our team!
🔹 Job Role: Tele Calling / Customer Support (Inbound Calls)
🔹 Languages Required:
* English & Malayalam (Mandatory) Fresher also Eligible
* Telugu & English (Mandatory) Fresher Also Eligible
🔹 Age Limit: Maximum 28 years
🔹 Qualification: Any Graduate
🔹 Experience: Minimum 6 months experience in Tele Calling / Customer Query Handling / Queries
🔹 Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday (Rotational Week Off)
🔹 Rotational Shift Timing
💰 CTC: ₹22,000 per month
💰 Additional Benefits: Night Shift Allowance
💼 Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound customer calls professionally
* Resolve customer queries effectively
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
* Maintain call records and follow-up when required
