• Freshers: ₹18,000 CTC
• Experienced (6+ months): Up to ₹20,000 CTC
• Experienced (12+ months): Up to ₹22,000 CTC

🔹 Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally in English
• Resolve customer queries and concerns effectively
• Provide accurate information and support
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and call quality
• Follow SOPs and company guidelines

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply
• Minimum qualification: 10+2
• Good English communication skills
• Customer-focused and problem-solving mindset
