💼 Job DescriptionWe are hiring Customer Support Advisors to handle inbound/outbound calls and online leads for buying and selling second-hand cars through an online platform. This role involves assisting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

• 🎯 Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle customer calls and online leads professionally
• Assist customers with buying/selling used cars
• Provide accurate information and basic support
• Maintain call quality and customer satisfaction
• Update customer details in the system
• ✅ Eligibility CriteriaEducation: HSC / Graduate (Freshers welcome)
• Age Limit: Up to 30 years
• Languages Required: English, Hindi & Marathi
• Skills: Basic computer knowledge & good communication skills
• 💰 SalaryFreshers: ₹18,000 per month
• Experienced: ₹26,000 per month
• 🕒 Shift & Week OffShift: Day Shift
• Week Off: 4 Rotational Week Offs
