Job Description
We are hiring for Customer Care Executive (US Telecom Process).
The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls to US customers, assisting them with services, and promoting telecom products.
- 🔹 Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers in the US
- Handle customer queries and provide proper solutions
- Promote telecom products and services
- Achieve daily/weekly targets
- Maintain good communication and customer satisfaction
- 🔹 Requirements:Good English communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Comfortable working in night shifts
- Sales/upselling mindset preferred
- 🔹 Additional Info:US Shift (Evening/Night)
- Only 5 Days working days
- Rotational 2 week offs
- Immediate joiners preferred
