Job Summary: Tradeline Technology is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to provide exceptional service to our clients. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience across multiple communication channels.

  • Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
  • Record customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when required
  • Meet or exceed performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Tradeline Technology’s products, services, and policies
  • Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Customer-focused attitude and positive approach
  • Experience:0–3 years of experience in customer service or a related role
  • Freshers are welcome to apply
