Job Summary: Tradeline Technology is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to provide exceptional service to our clients. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience across multiple communication channels.
- Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining high service standards
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
- Record customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when required
- Meet or exceed performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Tradeline Technology’s products, services, and policies
- Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Customer-focused attitude and positive approach
- Experience:0–3 years of experience in customer service or a related role
