Customer Care Executive – Inbound (Day Shift)

Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹19,000 + Incentives
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls & resolve queries.
- Provide product/service information with accuracy.
- Maintain customer satisfaction & update records.

- 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Good communication in English & Hindi.
