Tech Mahindra BPS is conducting MASS HIRING for Customer Support Executives – Inbound Voice Process at its Airoli location.

This is a golden opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates to start or grow their career with a reputed MNC.

 Job Role & Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls professionally

Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints

Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain service quality and follow company guidelines

Proper call documentation and system updates

(This is a non-sales, inbound voice process)

 Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Graduation mandatory (Any stream)

Experience:

Freshers are welcome

Minimum 1 year experience in customer service (voice process) preferred

Good communication skills in English/Hindi

Basic computer knowledge

Willingness to work in rotational shifts

 Shift & Working Details

Shift Timing: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Any 10-hour shift)

Working Days: 5 days working

Week Offs: 2 rotational week offs

Training: 1 week off during training

 Salary & Benefits

CTC Range: ₹17,700 – ₹24,100 per month

Linguistic Allowance:

Freshers: ₹23,800

Experienced: ₹26,800
