Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to promote and sell home loan products by contacting potential customers, explaining loan features, and generating qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers for home loan sales
- Explain loan products, interest rates, and eligibility criteria
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain call records
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience in telecalling / sales (BFSI preferred)
- Good communication and persuasion skills
- Basic understanding of home loan or financial products
