Job DescriptionDigitide Solutions is hiring motivated candidates for Customer Service, Sales, and Collections roles in the BPO industry. Candidates should be comfortable handling customer calls and delivering quality service.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Resolve customer queries efficiently
- Promote products/services and close sales (for sales role)
- Follow up with customers for payment collections
- Maintain accurate customer data and call records
- Achieve assigned targets and KPIs
- Eligibility CriteriaFreshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
- Comfortable working in a BPO environment
