Job Description

Job Title: Email Support Executive

Department: Customer Support / BPO Operations

Location: [Ghansoli]

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: [Day Shift]

Experience: 6 Month-1 years

Reports to: Team Leader / Process Manager


  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer emails, providing accurate information and appropriate solutions.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to offer accurate support.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Requirements:Proven customer support experience via email (preferred).
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office and customer support tools (CRM systems).
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to different time zones if required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in a BPO or customer service environment.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with high accuracy.
