Job Description
Job Title: Email Support Executive
Department: Customer Support / BPO Operations
Location: [Ghansoli]
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: [Day Shift]
Experience: 6 Month-1 years
Reports to: Team Leader / Process Manager
- Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer emails, providing accurate information and appropriate solutions.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to offer accurate support.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Requirements:Proven customer support experience via email (preferred).
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office and customer support tools (CRM systems).
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to different time zones if required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in a BPO or customer service environment.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with high accuracy.
