1. Customer Support & Service Roles (Voice & Non-Voice)

- Inbound Sales Executive: Focuses on converting inbound inquiries (phone or chat) into sales by providing product information and guiding customers to purchase.
- Technical Support Executive (Inbound): Assists customers with troubleshooting, software installation, or hardware issues, typically in the IT or telecom sectors.
- Patient/Healthcare Coordinator (Inbound): Manages calls from patients, doctors, and pharmacies regarding prescriptions and appointments.
