Job Description

1. Customer Support & Service Roles (Voice & Non-Voice)

These roles focus on responding to inquiries via phone, email, or chat to help customers with questions, complaints, or service requests. 

  • Customer Service Representative/Associate (Inbound Voice): Handles incoming calls to resolve queries, provide product information, and manage complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Inbound Chat/Email Support Executive: Manages customer queries through text-based platforms (web chat, email).
  • Customer Support Executive - International Voice Process (US/UK/Australian Shift): Provides support to international clients, requiring strong English communication and a neutral accent, often with night-shift work.
  • Inbound Sales Executive: Focuses on converting inbound inquiries (phone or chat) into sales by providing product information and guiding customers to purchase.
  • Technical Support Executive (Inbound): Assists customers with troubleshooting, software installation, or hardware issues, typically in the IT or telecom sectors.
  • Patient/Healthcare Coordinator (Inbound): Manages calls from patients, doctors, and pharmacies regarding prescriptions and appointments.
  • Customer Care Representative (Banking/Finance): Handles inbound queries related to banking products, account queries, or credit card services
