Customer Care Executive (KYC/Document Verification)

We are hiring Executive for KYC Process/Documents Verification.

Roles & responsibilities:

• Review client documentation to ensure compliance with KYC regulations.
• Conduct thorough due diligence and verify the authenticity of client information.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all KYC-related documentation.
• Ensure seamless onboarding of clients.
• Identify and report any suspicious activities or discrepancies in client information.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements at all times.
• Stay updated with changes in KYC regulations and implement necessary adjustments to procedures.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate - Bachelor's degree is a must.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in KYC, AML, or a similar compliance role.
• Maximum age is 32 years.
• It's a 6 working day with 1 week off.
• Strong understanding of KYC laws and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using KYC and AML software and tools.
