Fresher or Min 1 yr experience in customer service in voice process
Shift time
Male - 8am to 9pm(any 10hrs)
Female 8am to 8pm(any 10hrs)
5 days working, 2 rotational week offs(1 week off in training)

Resolve queries and complaints of customers over calls
Qualification
Graduation is mandatory
Salary:
For NAPS/NATS - 18.1k in hand
0 to 11 months exp CTC 2,42,000- In hand 17.9k
12 months + exp: CTC 2,66,000 in hand 19.7k
