Job Description
Position : Customer Relationship Manager
100 % voice / inbound process
Responsibilities : Handle customer queries & concerns over calls
Provide accurate information and resolution
Ensure excellent customer experience
Shifts :
Male : Between 7:00am to 12:30am ( Night shift 24X7)
Female : Between 7:00am to 8:30am ( any 9.30 hrs shift ) ( rotational )
Week Offs : 5 days working / 2 rotational offs
Salary : Fresher : 16,000 In hand
Experience : up to 30,000 in hand
