Designation: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
Process: 100% Voice, Outbound
Eligibility: Graduate mandatory, 0–3 yrs exp
Responsibilities
Call existing customers
sell insurance policies and close sales
achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Shift
9:30 AM – 7:00 PM(any 9.5 hrs. shift)
5 days working + 2 rotational offs
Salary
Fresher: ₹16,000 in-hand | CTC ₹2.50 LPA
Experienced: Up to ₹27,000 in-hand | CTC ₹3.7 LPA
