Job Description
Key responsibilities
- Handle Customer queries / concerns via calls, emails, or chats in line with company standards. Gather and record appropriate information to resolve queries effectively. Documents all transactions and follow-up actions accurately.
- Update systems with relevant information and escalate unresolved queries to the concerned team with clear details.
- Provide customers with clear updates on actions taken. Participate in organizational and process-level initiatives to improve efficiency. Handle irate customers with patience and professionalism.
- Operate telecommunication systems and applications smoothly. Work towards achieving performance standards while maintaining service quality.

*Shift Timings**:
• Male: Morning 7 AM to Night 12:30 AM (Any 9.5-hour shift)
• Female: Morning 7 AM to Night 8:30 PM (Any 9.5-hour shift)
📅 **Week Offs**:
5 working days with 2 rotational weekly offs (holidays)
