CRT – Customer Relationship Team
Position: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
- Process: 100% Voice, Inbound
- Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries
- Provide information & resolution
- Ensure good customer experience
Salary
- Fresher: ₹16,000 in-hand | CTC ₹2.50 LPA
- Experienced: Up to ₹30,000 in-hand | CTC ₹4.1 LPA
Shift
- Rotational (9.5 hrs)
- Male: 7:00 AM – 12:30 AM (24×7 shifts)
- Female: 7:00 AM – 8:30 PM
- 5 days working + 2 rotational offs
