Job Description

Designation- Customer Retention Manager 


Process: 100% voice- outbound calls 


Roles & Responsibility


1.Make outbound calls to existing customers

2. Renew insurance policies of existing customers 

3. Explain policy benefits, renewal offers, & coverage details 

4. Convince customers and close renewals effectively 

5. Achieve renewal & Retention targets

6. Update customer details & renewal status accurately.


Qualification- Graduation 

Shift timing- 9am to 6.30pm

10am to 7.30pm

5 days working 

2 week off


Experience- 20k to 40k plus pf

Unlimited incentive
