Customer Retention Manager
Designation: Customer Retention Manager (CRM)
Process: 100% Voice, Outbound
Eligibility: Graduate mandatory, 0–2 yrs exp
Responsibilities
- Call existing customers
- Policy renewals
- Explain benefits & offers
- Achieve retention targets
Shift
- 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM / 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- 5 days working + 2 rotational offs
Salary
- Fresher: ₹12,500 in-hand | CTC ₹2.10 LPA
- Experienced: Up to ₹18,000 in-hand | CTC ₹2.79 LPA
