Designation: Customer Retention Manager (CRM)
Process: 100% Voice, Outbound Calling.
Eligibility: Graduate mandatory, 0–5 yrs exp
Responsibilities
- Call existing customers
- Policy renewals
- Explain benefits & offers
- Achieve retention targets
Shift
- 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- 5 days working + 2 rotational offs
Performance based incentives available.
