Job Description

Promoting the company's products and services to existing and new customers both local & global.

 Support and Service the existing Customer for New Developments, Approvals & completion of orders.

 Communicating with customers through various channels and responding promptly to their inquiries. Follow

communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

 Follow up for Repeat Orders.

 Processing order forms, applications, and requests.

 Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring and forecasting for better customer service.

 Understanding the Customer requirement, preparing Quotation.

 Follow up and negotiate with the Customer for confirming orders thru an effective inquiry monitoring system.

 Outstanding Payment Follow-up.

 Research and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements,

identifying market trends and potential customers for lead generation.

 Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to assess and confirm delivery dates, customer urgency

requests and order fulfillment for Sales Order monitoring.

 Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals.

 Retains historical Sales & Marketing records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and

current records of all customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.

 Maintain relationships with clients by making periodic visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new

marketing opportunities.

 Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

 Review regularly customer feedback through Customer Satisfaction Survey.

 Co-Ordination with Marketing/Business Development Executives, meeting with them for marketing & sales

strategy.
