Process: Customer Service Executive – Loan Process

Job Summary:

Piramal is hiring HSC and Graduate freshers as well as experienced candidates for Customer Service and Cross-Selling of loan products (all types of loans).

Avg / Good Communication Skills

Language Requirement: Hindi and Basic English

Rounds of Interview: HR and Client

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle customer service calls related to loan products.

Cross-sell various loan products to existing and potential customers.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Achieve assigned sales and service targets.

Eligibility:

HSC or Graduate.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Good communication skills in Hindi.

Shift Timing:

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Sunday Fixed Off

Salary:

Freshers: ₹20,500 CTC | ₹16,000 in-hand + incentives

Experienced: ₹21,500 CTC | ₹17,000 in-hand + incentives
