• Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to existing or potential customers
• Promote products or services and explain benefits
• Handle payment reminders and collection follow-ups
• Address customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues
• Record customer information accurately in the system
• Achieve individual and team sales/collection targets
• Candidate Profile:Education: Graduate or Undergraduate from any discipline
• Experience: Open to freshers and experienced candidates
• Communication: Excellent spoken and written English
• Required Skills:Strong communication and listening abilities
• Confident, courteous, and customer-centric approach
• Ability to adapt to changing processes and requirements
• Quick learner with a positive attitude
• Capable of handling work pressure and meeting targets
• Self-driven and result-oriented
• Work Schedule:Male Candidates: Rotational shifts (24x7)
• Female Candidates: Day shifts (between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Week Offs: Rotational (no fixed off)
