• Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats.
• Assist customers with queries related to products, services, orders, and accounts.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through processes.
• Maintain customer records and update the system regularly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.
