Job Description
Position: Customer Relationship Executive (Mutual Funds)
Process: Customer Service Voice Process
Job Role:
Calling & assisting existing mutual fund customers, handling basic service queries, and providing investment-related support.
Eligibility:
- Graduation Mandatory
- Good to Excellent English communication
- Mutual funds/finance exposure preferred (not mandatory)
Salary & Benefits:
- In-hand: ₹17,000 / ₹21,000 CTC
- Incentives applicable
- Centralized Pick-Up & Drop
Work Schedule:
- Shift: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- Week Off: Sunday fixed
- Office-based role
