Process: Customer Service Executive - Cross Sales Process

Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound calls for cross-selling activities
  • Explain banking products and services clearly
  • Identify customer needs and suggest suitable solutions

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass)
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English
  • Freshers can apply

Salary: 15,000 - 25,000 Per Month + Incentives
