Process: Customer Service Executive - Cross Sales Process
Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound calls for cross-selling activities
- Explain banking products and services clearly
- Identify customer needs and suggest suitable solutions

- Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass)
