Experienced Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month

📌 Job Role: Customer Service Executive (Amazon Process).

🔹 Key Responsibilities :-

• Handle customer queries via calls/chat/email
• Provide accurate information regarding orders, payments, and services
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Follow company guidelines and quality standards

🎯 Requirements :-

Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass)

Experience: Minimum 6 months required (Freshers can apply)

Skills Required :-

• Excellent English communication
• Good problem-solving ability
• Basic computer knowledge
• Customer handling skills
