Position: Customer Service Executive (Non-Sales)

Openings: 50

Shift & Working Hours:

  • Timing: 08:00 AM – 08:00 PM (Any 9 hours rotational)
  • 6 days working

Eligibility:

  • Qualification: HSC / Graduate
  • Average communication skills required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer renewal-related queries
  • Provide support and resolve customer issues
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records

Salary:
