Position: Customer Service Executive (Non-Sales)

Shift & Working Hours:
- Timing: 08:00 AM – 08:00 PM (Any 9 hours rotational)
- 6 days working
Eligibility:
- Qualification: HSC / Graduate
- Average communication skills required
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer renewal-related queries
- Provide support and resolve customer issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction

Salary:
