*SALARY*

20100 CTC

-350 Esic deduction 

-1600 Transport deduction 

18150 Inhand + 4000 Night shift allowance 

*22150 total Inhand salary* 

+ Client incentives

Apart from salary once they complete 90 days they are eligible for eClerx incentive
