Process: Customer Service Executive

Eligibility: HSC / Graduate Both Can Apply

Shift: 7:00AM - 10:00PM (Rotational)

Week Off: Rotational

Salary:

  • Fresher: ₹21,000 In-hand
  • Experienced: ₹25,000 In-hand 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer queries efficiently
  • Provide accurate information and resolution
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Maintain proper documentation of calls
