Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Handle customer queries through voice calls and chat
- Resolve issues related to payments, transactions, KYC, account login, refunds, and app support
- Provide quick, accurate, and professional resolutions
- Escalate complex cases to relevant internal teams
- Maintain proper documentation in CRM/tools
- Follow company policies, data security, and compliance guidelines
- Requirements: Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Minimum 6 months–3 years of experience in customer support / BPO / voice & chat
- Experience in FinTech / Banking / Payments preferred
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Comfortable with rotational shifts and target-based environment
- Preferred Skills: Customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask across calls and chats
- Knowledge of UPI, wallets, payments, refunds, and KYC is an advantage.
