Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle customer queries through voice calls and chat
  • Resolve issues related to payments, transactions, KYC, account login, refunds, and app support
  • Provide quick, accurate, and professional resolutions
  • Escalate complex cases to relevant internal teams
  • Maintain proper documentation in CRM/tools
  • Follow company policies, data security, and compliance guidelines
  • Requirements: Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Minimum 6 months–3 years of experience in customer support / BPO / voice & chat
  • Experience in FinTech / Banking / Payments preferred
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
  • Comfortable with rotational shifts and target-based environment
  • Preferred Skills: Customer handling and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask across calls and chats
  • Knowledge of UPI, wallets, payments, refunds, and KYC is an advantage.
