Customer Service Executive

We are seeking energetic and dynamic individuals to join our Operations team. As an Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and generating leads. This role requires good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Conduct inbound and outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.

Job Description

• Introduce and explain our products/services to prospects.
• Gather and document customer information accurately.
• Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and sales.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
• Eligibility Criteria:Age group between 18- Below 32 years
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
• Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Qualifications:HSC Fresher 
• Graduation - Fresher
• Proven experience in telemarketing or a related field is advantageous.
