Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality standards
• Update customer records and document interactions in CRM systems
• Follow process guidelines and compliance standards
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 6 months – 3 years of Customer Service/BPO experience
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English (regional language is a plus)
• Willingness to work in 24×7 rotational shifts
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Immediate to 15 days joiners preferred
