Job Title: Linguistic Telecaller – Customer Care

Location: Ghansoli

Shift: Day Shift

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month

Incentives: ₹2,000 Performance Linked Incentive (PLI) per month

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Overview:We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Linguistic Telecallers proficient in Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, or Malayalam to join our Customer Care team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
• Maintain proper call records and update customer details
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Meet performance and quality targets
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Fluency in Tamil / Kannada / Telugu / Malayalam (any one or more languages)
• Basic knowledge of Hindi or English is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Prior customer care experience is an advantage (Freshers can also apply)
• Must be available for immediate joining
