Job Description
Job Title: Inbound Customer Service Executive (Vernacular)Location: Navi Mumbai / Ghansoli
Process: Customer Support (Inbound)
- Job Responsibilities:Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering quality service.
- Record customer interactions and update details in the system/CRM.
- Follow company policies and service guidelines while handling calls.
- Eligibility Criteria:Candidates must be fluent in Vernacular Language (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam / Hindi or other regional languages as required).
- Basic English understanding will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Ability to handle customers politely and patiently.
- Qualification:Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers and Experienced both can apply.
